The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Collections professional to join a fast-growing business with stable revenues and recent acquisitions. You will join a high-performing finance function and take full ownership of your own ledger. 

The Challenge

Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Generating and issuing invoices for clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing 
• Reconcile all claims with cash receipts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue reporting
• Monitor all outstanding accounts, following up with clients to ensure payments are collected within organisational thresholds, and taking appropriate action for overdue accounts 
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address issues related to claims and ensure smooth processing 
• Perform monthly reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and align with financial policies
• Ensure all invoicing practices comply with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines, including GST compliance for tax and reporting purposes 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:

• 2+ years of full-function accounts receivable experience with healthcare, NDIS or aged care
• Strong communication skills and able to liaise confidently with key stakeholders and plan managers
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft products, including Excel
