The Opportunity

We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation within the sport sector to appoint an Accounts Receivable Officer on a temporary basis.

This role offers an opportunity to step straight into meaningful work supporting a high-volume AR function within a collaborative finance team.

The Challenge

Reporting to the AR Manager and working as part of a supportive team of five, your key responsibilities will include:

• Weekly invoicing – both batch/file uploads and manual invoice processing
• Daily upload of bank files including EFTPOS, cash and direct credit
• Analysing and allocating daily Direct Credit and BPAY file payments via Payway
• Posting receipts into multiple systems including POS and Business Central
• Applying receipts against weekly invoicing
• Responding to payment queries and assisting with resolutions
• Weekly upload of bank statements across multiple databases and business units
• Maintaining excellent keyboard accuracy and analytical capability

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest if you possess:

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically receipting, allocations and invoicing
• Business Central (BC) experience
• Strong accuracy and analytical capability across high-volume processes
• Confident communication style for liaising with operational teams
