The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Customer Service professional to join a fast-growing business with stable revenues and recent acquisitions. This role combines accounts receivable, debt collection and some administration.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing – Ensuring invoicing is accurate and completed on time, including claiming/submissions through relevant client/NDIA portals.
- Debtor Management – Responding and actioning queries from customers, stakeholders and internal staff in a timely manner.
- Debtor reporting – circulate fortnightly debtor reports for management review.
- Bank Reconciliations – Manage and record payments in Xero to reconcile debtors.
- Customer Management – Ensuring that customers and related stakeholders who contact the finance
team have an effective, helpful and streamlined experience. - Continuous Improvement – Assist with developing and creating processes to improve outcomes for the finance team and customers, working within a changing Aged Care and NDIS environment.
- Other duties within scope of role as determined by the direct Manager.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 3+ years’ relevant experience, coming from accounts receivable, credit and/or billings with exposure to working in health/aged care, NDIS, education or a similar industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrated through building and developing productive and collaborative working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft products, including Excel
