The Opportunity
Our client is a private equity-backed global software company on a rapid growth trajectory. Its scalable SaaS platform is trusted by enterprises and governments worldwide, underpinned by deep technical expertise and a values driven culture of integrity, determination, and respect.
This newly created Business Analyst role sits within the finance function and partners closely with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong professional who enjoys improving processes, uplifting data quality, and delivering meaningful commercial insights.
The Challenge
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities that may impact performance.
- Producing month-end and weekly operational reporting with clear analysis, commentary, and actionable insights.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business problems, define objectives, and establish success metrics.
- Leading and supporting cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Defining data structures, mappings, and quality rules to strengthen reporting accuracy and governance.
- Contributing to analytical models and metrics across areas such as pipeline performance, recurring revenue, churn, and cohort analysis.
- Supporting the development of reporting frameworks, including collaboration on Power BI models and report specifications.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- CA or CPA qualified with at least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, finance, or data-focused roles.
- Demonstrated capability in process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power Query or Power BI is highly regarded.
- Naturally collaborative with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
