The Opportunity 

Our client is an ASX listed industry leader with annual revenue of over $3 billion and a strong reputation for success and innovation. Due to year on year growth they are currently seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join a vibrant, cohesive team. 

The Challenge

This is a great opportunity to use your commercial analysis skills to support key executives at a divisional level within the business. The objective of this role is to design, drive and monitor business performance & pricing. You will play a lead role in providing commercial insight and advice to facilitate improved financial and business decisions. 

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide comprehensive instruction to Pricing and Data Maintenance team to set up customer pricing accurately
• Investigate and resolve any queries relating to customer pricing
• Detailed customer pricing supporting tender submissions and requests for work
• Delivery of analytical and operational requirements associated with strategic pricing methodology
• Influence senior stakeholders on Pricing ways of working
• Provide ongoing support on analysing customer profitability ensuring services meet required operating margins and work is being carried out within agreed scope
• Project management; and
• Financial modelling

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following

• Experience in data analysis, investigation and lateral thinking;
• Experience with pricing is desirable;
• Possibly transitioning from a top tier accounting firm;
• Possibly, you have experience in a large Australian company with a complex matrix structure; and
• Highly regarded will be experience within a leading services based business
