The Challenge
The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the CEO, working with an entrepreneurial leadership team to drive the company’s continued growth. This role suits a decisive finance leader who can operate in a fast paced, future looking environment, partner closely with executives, and deliver on an ambitious strategic plan.

Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial and management reports that set the standard for the business.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning with a focus on precision and continuous improvement.
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and debt management, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Implement a performance framework that drives accountability and measures business impact.
Analyse projects, contracts, and opportunities to provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
Identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and optimise costs and margins across the business.
Support pricing, contract negotiations, and margin initiatives with robust financial insight.
Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to give real-time visibility of key metrics.
Drive finance systems development and ERP improvements to strengthen data integrity, automation, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational accuracy.
Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to make operations more efficient and insightful.
