The Opportunity 

Our client is a leading and growing ASX-listed business who is seeking a Business Partner to join one of their core business units. This newly created role supports their strong growth over the past couple of years and is designed to help bridge finance and operations. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the GM of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct scenario modelling and business case analysis for new initiatives
• Prepare and deliver month-end reporting, along with quarterly reforecast process
• Create and distribute regular business partnering reports
• Preparation of the annual budget and assistance with strategic plan
• Identifying ongoing process improvements
• Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful
• Additional ad-hoc financial analysis

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a finance business partnering, FP&A, or a commercial analysis role 
• Strong financial modelling skills with demonstrated experience using Power BI 
• Proven business partnering experience dealing with non-finance stakeholders
• Previous ASX experience would be highly regarded
• You are CA/CPA qualified or close to completing your studies
• You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong eagerness to learn
