The Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created, high-impact Finance Business Partnering role within a successful and growing organisation. Working closely with the Head of FP&A, CFO and COO, you’ll be the key finance partner to operations, providing strategic insight, driving performance, and shaping decision-making across the business. With strong exposure to senior leadership and direct influence on key initiatives, this is a rewarding role where your contribution will be both visible and valued.

The Challenge

• Trusted advisor delivering clear, commercial insights to operational and people leaders
• Lead monthly performance reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actions
• Build and maintain models to support business cases and strategic projects
• Own budgeting and forecasting to align with functional and business goals
• Report costs and KPIs to drive visibility, accountability, and performance
• Analyse trends and variances to support cost savings and growth decisions
• Drive data-led decisions through BI collaboration and tools like Power BI
• Support capital planning including business cases, benefits tracking, and lifecycle costs
• Contribute to cash flow, strategic planning, and reporting across the finance function

The Expertise

Please consider applying for the position if you meet all or most of the following: 

• CA/CPA/CFA/CIMA qualification
• You have a proven track record in partnering with operations to drive performance, ideally within retail, hospitality or similar.
• Proactive thinker with a solutions-first approach, you also have strong communication and influencing abilities.
• You’ll bring a commercial mindset, confidently challenging the status quo to improve outcomes and add value.
• Play a key role in lifting financial understanding across non-finance teams, supporting informed decisions.
• You thrive in a complex, changing environments and embrace ambiguity.
