The Opportunity

The Challenge

This is a highly visible leadership role with a key focus on Financial Reporting and leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Reporting to the Group CEO the position has a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to: 

• Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the executive team
• Leading the planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting process.
• Drive and contribute to the production of financial results at month and year-end ensuring consistency across all companies and regions.
• Preparation of regular management reports to the senior leadership team.
• Drive improvement in the quality and timeliness of financial information reported to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring data integrity (P&L & BS) and control monthly financial close process and deadlines
• Lead key process improvement and business re-engineering projects 
• Ongoing development, support, and management of a medium-sized finance team
• Provision of information and reports to the Audit Committee and attending to queries
