The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Operations Manager or Site Accountant wanting to expand their skills and gain exposure in an operationally focused role. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful multinational organisation.

The Challenge

Reporting to the GM Finance your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide financial support to key operational stakeholders 
• Conduct and analyse customer and product profitability reviews and
• Producing costing and management reports 
• Preparing CAPEX and OPEX for site proposals, carry out post implementation reviews as required
• Reviewing and implementing site governance standards
• Support Group senior leadership by providing relevant financial insights and analysis on a periodic and ad-hoc basis as required.
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain internal control excellence in key finance processes 
• Providing mentoring and coaching to a team of finance officers to ensure timely and accurate compliance with financial control policies and processes

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CPA/CA Qualification 
• Several years’ experience of working within a relevant Management accounting position, ideally working with operational stakeholders in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate excel skills and the ability to proactively develop financial models to guide business decisions 
• Strong communication and personable skills and the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
• Stakeholder management
