The Opportunity

This is a superb opportunity to join a growing professional services business in a broad Finance Manager role. The company operates in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has built a strong reputation within its sector.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role leads the day-to-day finance function across three entities.

The role is offered on a genuinely flexible basis across 3 days per week. The business is highly outcomes-focused and trusts people to manage their own time, meaning you will have significant flexibility to set your own hours and work arrangements.

This would suit someone seeking a long-term, flexible role where they can take ownership of the finance function in an SME environment.

The Challenge

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis and cash flow reporting
• Analysing revenue, gross profit and business performance trends
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Monthly payroll and calculation of bonus entitlements
• Maintaining and improving detailed Excel based reporting and reconciliation workbooks
• Maintaining all group compliance requirements, such as insurance and Workcover, typically on an annual basis
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and efficiencies

The Expertise
