The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, motivated individual to join a growing business with a global presence in a transactional accounting role. 

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative finance team, with the autonomy to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations for a defined portion of the business.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage administrative queries and maintain organised invoice inboxes
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial records are up-to-date
• Assist the broader finance team with ad-hoc month-end tasks 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, a Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting or related field 
• You may have up to 12 months working experience in an admin related or accounts focused role. Alternatively, you may be a bright university graduate who has completed a relevant internship. 
• You are detail oriented with a high attention to detail. 
• You are a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• You possess a strong willingness to learn and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team.
