• 2-month Contract | Immediate start through to mid-April 
• 70% Accounts Receivable and 30% Payroll duties

The Opportunity

An immediate start opportunity for an experienced Finance Officer to join a supportive finance team on a 2-month contract. Based in Brisbane, this role will play a key part in supporting high-volume accounts receivable activities while also overseeing payroll processes managed by an external provider. Working Holiday Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include the following:

• High-volume accounts receivable processing, including invoicing and debt collection, processing up to 100 invoices per day
• Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
• Overseeing payroll processed by an external provider, including checking fortnightly pay runs
• Responding to payroll queries and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance
• Working closely with the broader finance team to support day-to-day operations

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Previous experience in a Finance Officer or Accounts Receivable role
• Exposure to Australian payroll processes (hands-on or oversight)
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is highly regarded
• Availability to commence immediately and commit through to mid-April
