The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing PE backed, SaaS business who have successfully expanded globally. The role has good breadth and will evolve as the business evolves. Due to planned business growth, this will be an exciting & fulfilling role where your big ideas will be heard, and you’ll learn a lot.

This role will have a large focus on in-depth data analysis and reporting. You will have opportunity to partner with the Senior Leadership Team and wider business divisions. This is suited to someone who is an eager, up and coming accountant with a growth mindset. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Extracting finance data from the system; updating monthly dashboards and creating data visuals using software tools
• Providing insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance and trend analysis
• Assisting with the analysis of key drivers of performance and partnering with various stakeholder groups
• Assisting the financial accounting team with month-end demands and preparation of financial reports  
• Supporting the optimisation of business decisions and strategies for sustainable growth

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field
• You may have commenced or completed your CA / CPA however, this isn’t a requirement
• You will of ideally gained 2-4 years experience working in an finance function
• Experience with data analysis and Excel-based modelling; experience working with large datasets/databases
• Knowledge of building dashboards utilising Access, SQL, Python, or similar will be advantageous 
• Very strong communication skills, willingness to show initiative to contribute to a changing, high performing team environment
