The Opportunity

They are looking to add to their high performing and critical internal finance function. The role will be broad and exciting, with coverage across all funds and visibility of all investments. This is truly a rare, exciting, and varied role for the right person.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure adherence to AFSL, KYC, and AML requirements across all investment activities.
- Maintain compliance frameworks and reporting obligations.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including fund compliance and reporting obligations.
- Update and track valuations of portfolio companies and monitor investment performance, ensuring alignment with targets and strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed and highly accurate investor reports, requiring strong attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investment reports.
- Support all investment transactions (new deals & exists), including account setup, funds flow management working closely with investment and deals teams to ensure smooth financial operations throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support with the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, such as fund administrators, auditors, financial institutions, tax and legal advisors.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- CA qualified, ideally you started your career with KPMG, EY, PwC or Deloitte or a leading mid-tier chartered firm
- You have strong funds management experience – ideally you are currently a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller for a PE, asset management or funds management firm
- Excellent attention to detail and drive to succeed
- Top tier interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
