Opportunity 

Our client is a well-known, large, private Australian business with a growing global presence. With revenues in excess of $1bn, they are seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team in a newly created role. 

This is a rare chance to work at the group head office while partnering with key executives to ensure the accurate delivery and understanding of key business results and drivers. This is a permanent opportunity that will provide challenge, career development and progression. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of FP&A and partnering with wider business divisions and functions, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Preparation of management reports and playing a key role in driving business performance 
• Delivery of commercial insights and weekly reporting to senior management 
• Analysis of Group metrics and understanding drivers and profitability metrics 
• Assist with the consolidation of the Group budget and board related matters
• Maintaining Group short term forecasts and long term planning models
• Leverage data visualisation tools to assist with the presentation of business insights
• Identify improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes, including development of tools to assist with KPI analysis 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 – 7 years relevant working experience
• Proven experience working in a large, complex, multi-divisional business, will be looked upon favourably
• Commercially orientated and IT savvy 
• Strong stakeholder management skills to be able to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with visualisation tools is advantageous
