The opportunity
  
This is an exciting opportunity for a high performing Head of FP&A to join the portfolio company of one of the world’s best PE groups. A rapidly growing SaaS business, it is well funded with a clear agenda for continued domestic and international growth.
  
Reporting to an excellent CFO, this newly created role will lead and elevate the FP&A function, partnering closely with the executive team to drive performance and strategic decision-making across the group.
  
The challenge
  
This is an ideal role for an outstanding finance executive seeking to help shape the next phase of growth in a dynamic, PE-backed environment. The role will be pivotal in shaping financial strategy and acting as a commercial leader in this brilliant SaaS business.
  
As Head of FP&A, your broad remit will include:

• Lead the budgeting process and forecasts across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Support the CFO and leadership team in developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and optimise performance
• Building companywide forecasting models and management reporting frameworks
• Delivering clear and insightful board and executive reporting
• Developing dynamic models to support investment analysis and long-term planning, and analysing key SaaS metrics
• Partnering cross-functionally across product, technology, sales and operations to influence commercial decisions and embed efficiency
• Partner closely with the CFO on end-to-end M&A activity, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence support and board materials as well as post-acquisition integration
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team as the function matures

The expertise
  
This opportunity is appropriate for a current finance leader with previous experience working in a leading PE portfolio company, ideally within a SaaS environment. Furthermore, it is likely that you will possess:

• Initial experience with PwC, KPMG, Deloitte or EY, preferrably in their Deals/TS/M&A Advisory function
• Significant FP&A leadership, with experience working in a PE-backed or high-growth environment highly regarded
• Proven experience delivering enterprise system enhancements and reporting transformations.
• The presence and communication skills to successfully support and advise internal and external stakeholders
