• Global Company | Standalone Payroll position
• $125,000 – $135,000 package | Sydney CBD | 2-3 days WFH
• Initial nine month contract, strong possibility of extension

The Opportunity
Starting as soon as possible this is a rare opportunity to work for a global company and take ownership of the Australian payroll function. This is initially a nine month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency. 

The Challenge
Reporting into the International Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end payroll function of around 100 employees.

Specifically your responsibilities will include: 

• Process end-to-end payroll for Australian employees
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and reporting requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement system or policy changes impacting payroll
• Liaise with external payroll providers and government agencies
• Assisting with end of month, end of year processes

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3-5+ years end to end payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and payroll tax
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Should you be available to start work without a notice it will be viewed as advantageous
