The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence performance across a leading healthcare services group. Acting as a key business partner to senior leaders across Operations, Finance, BI, and People, this position blends strategic analysis with operational impact.
You will design and deliver insightful dashboards, track and benchmark key metrics, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

The Challenge
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing performance dashboards with BI support, enhancing transparency across multiple business units
- Collaborating on payment workflow optimisation and debt management projects, including working with vendors and operational teams
- Evaluating operational efficiency and leading initiatives to improve processes and reporting standards
- Driving cross-functional alignment on key performance indicators across departments such as People, Legal, Recruitment and Finance
- Supporting the FP&A team with ad hoc data analysis and commercial insights
- Managing daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and ensuring integrity of internal tools and calculators
- Delivering deep-dive analysis to uncover opportunities and performance gaps, feeding directly into board-level reporting
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- CA / CPA qualified with a background in analysis, operations, or FP&A
- 3+ years’ experience in a high-performance environment such as operations, Big 4 consulting, analytics or a PE-backed business
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI, TM1 or other reporting tools highly regarded
- A structured thinker who enjoys breaking down complex problems and finding commercial, data-driven solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Healthcare sector experience or exposure to capital-intensive environments will be well regarded
