The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in the sports industry as a Pricing Analyst. Newly created due to continued business growth, the role is ideal for a commercially curious individual looking to step into a broad commercial position.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll analyse data, market trends and business performance to identify opportunities and support commercial outcomes. The role offers broad exposure across pricing, forecasting, commercial analysis and revenue optimisation.

The Challenge 

Reporting to a high-calibre CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain pricing models and recommend strategies to maximise revenue and margins
• Analyse sales performance, customer demand, market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities
• Conduct margin analysis, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis across products and channels
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including pricing and revenue projections
• Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotional and commercial initiatives
• Develop pricing frameworks and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation

The Expertise 

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a pricing, commercial finance or revenue management role
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience working with non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable commercial insights
• A commercially curious mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
