The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing ASX business with a global presence who are market leaders within their field. You’ll be apart of tight-knit finance team in a broad, hands-on role to support in uplifting finance capability, strengthen month-end processes and improve system processes.

The Challenge 

Reporting to a high-calibre CFO, your key responsibilities will include: 

• Prepare monthly management accounts and strengthen month-end close activities
• Provide variance analysis and financial commentary to internal stakeholders 
• Manage cash flow planning and short-term forecasting to support working capital management 
• Oversee the accounts payable and payroll processes
• Assist with an ERP implementation to streamline and enhance finance operations

The Expertise 

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline 
• Proven experience in management accounting and month-end processes 
• Manufacturing or experience within the medical-tech industry is highly advantageous 
• Strong Excel capabilities 
• Proven experience supporting with finance process improvement initiatives 
• Confident communication skills with strong stakeholder management
