The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large ASX-listed corporation with an outstanding reputation. They are well known for their innovative and entrepreneurial culture. The role will commence as an initial 4-month fixed term, to cover parental leave, so may be best suited to a Working Holiday Visa, or someone with availability to commence within the next 4 weeks.

The Challenge

The Senior Finance Business Partner works closely with the LT and engages a broad range of stakeholders. Some of your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing month-end reporting processes for your cost centre areas
• Facilitating the budgets process
• Providing support for decision-making
• Provide insightful financial and management reports and analysis
• Building strong relationships with leaders across the group
• Facilitating the audit process and engaging with external auditors as needed

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CPA/CA/CIMA/ACCA qualified, with relevant experience in a FBP role
• Ideally you have strong knowledge of month-end, and demonstrated experience supporting cost centre owners
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and effective style
• Knowledge or Workday or similar ERP’s good to have
• Can manage a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
