The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company who have successfully expanded globally. This is a highly strategic senior finance business partnering role, where you’ll provide insightful analysis to drive commercial performance for the region.
  
Partnering with key Commercial & Sales stakeholders, you’ll provide insights and recommend actions to drive channel & revenue performance, and in turn optimise investments and ROI. This is an excellent role for someone with exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, to make their mark in a leading tech company. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Serve as an integral member of the office leadership teams contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
• Support divisional strategy development and contribute to integrated financial and operational planning processes.
• Provide strategic financial support to enable sustainable business growth and expansion
• Deliver accurate, timely and insightful management reporting with in-depth commercial performance analysis
• Commercial Partnership Lead comprehensive financial planning and forecasting activities for assigned offices, collaborating closely with the Group FP&A team
• Manage the full planning cycle including annual budgets, four-year strategic plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook projections.
• Partner with local sales, marketing and product teams to influence delivery against financial objectives
• Provide valuable, actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and profitability
• Challenge and support business decisions through robust commercial analysis and financial modelling

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess most of the following:

• Experience in a similar role ideally within a tech based company or a position in a large corporate where you have partnered with the technology function
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong data manipulation skills including the ability to build complex Excel models
• CA, CPA qualification
• Curious and driven
• Excellent people skills
