Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers broad exposure across financial control, management reporting and business partnering, playing a key role in delivering timely financial insights and supporting commercial decision-making across the business.

The Challenge

Take ownership of a broad finance function, partnering closely with project and operational teams to drive financial performance, reporting and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across financial control, business partnering, strategic analysis and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading month-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Partnering with project teams to deliver accurate project accounting and financial insights.
• Managing project budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Overseeing revenue recognition, accruals, WIP, reconciliations and general ledger reporting.
• Preparing management reporting and delivering insights to leadership teams.
• Supporting commercial analysis, business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Assisting with external audit requirements and maintaining a strong controls environment.
• Managing capital expenditure processes and financial reporting across key projects.
• Supporting annual budgets, commission calculations and profitability initiatives. 

 The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA/CPA qualified with between 4-6 years experience.
• A sound knowledge of accounting concepts, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and / or Power Bi is advantageous. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to suit a close-knit stable team environment with a warm, open and engaging style.
