The Opportunity
Our client is a growing investment management group backed by long-term institutional capital and led by a highly experienced executive team. The business has a strong reputation for disciplined growth, professionalism, and high performance across its investment and asset management activities.

This Senior Accountant role sits within a lean, commercial finance team and offers wide exposure across management reporting, fund accounting, forecasting, and transaction support. The position partners closely with senior stakeholders and provides direct involvement in ongoing growth and investment activity.

The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management and financial reports across multiple entities and investment vehicles
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow management to guide business performance
• Managing year-end reporting, audits, tax compliance, and statutory obligations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with auditors, advisors, and key stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial control
• Providing accurate and timely financial insights to support commercial decision-making

The Expertise
You’ll be successful if you have:

• CA or CPA qualification with 4-6 years of experience in chartered accounting or a property, investment management, or funds environment
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Solid understanding of consolidations, financial statements, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commercial curiosity
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
