The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a motivated accountant to join a leading Australian real estate investment group in a Treasury Analyst Role. This position sits within a growing and high performing finance function and provides broad exposure to treasury operations across a diverse property and funds management platform. The position offers a highly varied and fast paced environment, and the chance to build a long term career in treasury and corporate finance within a collaborative organisation.
  
The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support the day-to-day treasury operations across the group, including maintaining debt and hedging instruments
• Deliver month-end processes, including bank reconciliations, preparation of cash reports, and bank fee analysis
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of treasury management systems, processes, and controls
• Provide ad hoc treasury support for transactions and capital events

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Achieved or actively working towards being CA/CPA qualified
• You are a finance professional with experience in financial accounting, banking, or corporate finance
• A strong understanding of treasury operations within a property or funds management environment, seeking to grow in a highly varied and fast paced environment
• Preferred exposure to cash management or debt facilities
• Strong commercial acumen, with a high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
