The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity to join a portfolio company of a world-leading private equity group. This leading PE company has over $350b in assets under management and are often considered the most successful PE group globally. 

This portfolio company is a diversified property group experiencing unprecedented growth. The role will report and work closely with the CFO.

The Challenge
  
This is an ideal role for an outstanding finance executive who wants to play a part in shaping the future direction of the business. The role will be challenging and exciting as you are working closely with an experienced CFO and will be directly involved in complex commercial matters and the strategic direction of the business. 
    
Partnering with the CFO your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the preparation of timely financial reports for the company
• Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the executive team
• Planning and directing the company’s strategic long-term financial goals while evaluating existing plans
• Creating and maintaining an effective management performance framework for the company
• Coordinating all tax, audit matters and reporting matters
• Taking a lead role in driving improvements in systems and processes throughout the company
• Ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place to deliver governance obligations
• Assist with identifying and evaluating strategic potential M&A activity

  The Expertise

• An experienced finance executive who is currently working as a Financial Accounting Manager or Finance Manager. Ideally, you have worked in the real estate/property sector and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, particularly in developments
• Possibly, an experienced finance executive who began your career with KPMG, EY, Deloitte or PwC before progressing your career to be a Manager in a large corporate or in a mid-sized company working within the property sector and are looking to take a step within a larger group
• You will have a dynamic approach, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about business and life. We want someone with a sense of fun, someone who is well-rounded, and someone with strong morals and values
