The Opportunity
  
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic ASX technology company with a Sydney head office. The company has a strong track record with an impressive customer base. They have successfully expanded internationally and further accelerated growth is expected in the near term. The executive management team is very strong, the board is cohesive, and they share a clear strategy for future growth.  
 
The position is suitable for an experienced Finance Manager looking to step up or a proven Financial Controller seeking an exciting new challenge. 

The Challenge
  
The role will be challenging and exciting as you are oversee the routine of the finance function whilst assisting the CFO with a range of exciting projects. You will be required to be hands on and willing to role your sleeves up with a ‘no job is be too small or large’ attitude.
   
Partnering with the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the preparation of timely financial and management reports for the company
• Planning and directing the company’s strategic long term financial goals while evaluating existing plans
• Partnering with the CFO on treasury, financing and debt management strategies for the company
• Creating and maintaining an effective management performance framework for the company
• Coordinating all tax, audit matters and ASX reporting matters
• Taking a lead role in driving improvements in systems and processes throughout the company
• Manage and lead the tight knit finance function.

• A current Financial Controller looking for a new challenge
• Ideally with high-growth technology/SaaS business or ASX experience
• A Group FM in an ASX role looking to take the next step-up
