The Opportunity 

Are you an immediately available AP Officer looking for their next challenge? We have a AP role with a global retailer based on the CBD fringe. Start immediately and be offered a permanent role if it’s a great fit.

The Challenge

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Checking and processing a high volume of invoices
• Reconciling accounts
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and dealing with inquiries
• Providing assistance for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Background in a high volume accounts payable position 
• Experience using a large ERP system and excel would be highly desirable 
• Of course you possess a strong attention to detail and the communication skills needed to work within a professional and growing organisation
