The Opportunity
This is a great end to end Credit Controller opportunity in a growing and reputable company. Our client is a leader in their industry, with a history of growth and retaining great talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Officer to join an inclusive, tight knit finance function on a permanent full time basis. Ideally you will have had full responsibility of your own large ledger, and have a history of reducing bad debt and improve processes.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Credit your responsibilities will include:
- Collection of overdue accounts via email and phone call;
- Liaising with senior leadership to assist with collection of outstanding debtors;
- Receipting & allocation of payments;
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations;
- Resolving client queries;
- Maintaining client files and accounts;
The Expertise
Please consider applying to this position if you possess the following:
- 3+ years experience within credit or collections
- Experience working in a large, complex business highly desirable
- Good decision-making skills when collecting from debtors
- A proactive approach, looking to drive outcomes and process improvements
- A team player with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
