The Opportunity

The Challenge
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading a team of 7, whilst providing effective leadership and direction to the credit team.
- Streamlining credit procedures to improve processes and continue the development of the customer and AR systems.
- Maintaining PPSR controls, credit application processes and controls , in addition to upholding debt collection relationships.
- Supporting workplace compliance to promote a safe and enjoyable working environment.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 5+ years credit, AR and collections management experience.
- Experience leading and developing small to large teams whilst being a hands-on manager.
- Experience leading system upgrades and the continual improvements in process efficiencies.
- High-level organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities, manage variable workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
