The Opportunity
Our client is a growing and highly successful Law Firm with a presence across Australia. Considered a true market leader, they are widely recognised for their innovative and progressive culture and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Officer to join an inclusive, tight knit finance function on a permanent full time basis.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Collection of overdue accounts via email and phone call;
- Liaising with partners to assist with collection of their clients’ outstanding debtors;
- Receipting & allocation of payments;
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations;
- Resolving client queries;
- Maintaining client files and accounts;
The Expertise
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced credit candidate to build on their skills and join a large, successful business. The successful applicant will possess the following:
- 3+ years of experience in credit or collections
- Experience in a large, complex business; professional services experience is a plus
- Strong decision-making skills in debtor collection
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and process improvements
- A team player who can think on their feet in a fast-paced environment
