The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable accounts all-rounder to join a large wholesaler with a global head office in a permanent full-time role. 

As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable while supporting broader finance operations. You may be part-qualified and eager to expand your skill set, with opportunities to take on additional tasks, including month-end duties. 

The Challenge

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processing 
• Managing finance queries inbox  
• Supporting with month-end journals and reconciliations  
• Providing support to the wider finance team as required 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar broad accounts role (recent accounting graduates are still encouraged to apply!)
• Great interpersonal skills and highly proficient written skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines 
• Flexible and adaptable in an everchanging environment
