The Opportunity

Our client is a leading ASX listed business with revenues exceeding $2b. They have experienced considerable growth recently and they are a known as an employer of choice in Melbourne. This is an excellent role for a motivated finance professional who is looking to have an impact on the operations of the business. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• The business planning process including budgeting, strategic planning and rolling forecasts;
• Monthly reporting of key results for the senior executive team;
• Drive system improvements with planning and reporting tool;
• Develop strong internal relationships with stakeholders to enable accurate and insightful commentary on commercial drivers behind the results
• Support the production of half year and full year investor presentations
• Development of best practice reports, dashboards and tools to provide meaningful insights on business performance; and
• Providing detailed guidance and analysis on costs.

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Possibly you are moving out of a leading accountant firm with experience in audit at an Assistant Manager or Manager level.
• You are CA/ CPA qualified
• The interpersonal skills to partner with key executives in operations whilst having the ability to present at the highest level;
• Strong computer literacy
