The Opportunity

Perfect for a bright, motivated, recent or soon-to-be Finance or Accounting graduate. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and a broad introduction to financial and tax accounting in a high-profile investment environment.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with monthly management reporting and financial forecasting
- Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts in line with Australian Accounting Standards
- Supporting external reporting including BAS, income tax returns, ASIC filings, and ASX disclosures
- Participating in treasury functions, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and expense management
- Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and service providers
- Supporting finance operations including payroll, AP, and internal invoicing
- Contributing to finance governance and risk processes, including policy development and process improvement
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field with outstanding academic results
- Intending to complete or currently undertaking CA or CPA qualification
- Passionate about financial services and motivated to learn from industry leaders
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and eager to contribute to a team environment
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial reporting, tax, or funds management (internships included) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
