The Opportunity
Excellent opportunity to join a lovely NFP and play a lead role in the implementation of their new HR & Payroll system. Collaborative, startup environment with lots of flexibility on offer including flexible start and finish times and 2-3 days work from home.
You will not be required to support with BAU payroll processing.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Finance Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- The successful implementation of the new payroll/HRIS system
- Identifying, advising, implementing and supporting with the project lifecycle
- Ensuring accurate award and EBA interpretations within the payroll system
- Ensuring the accurate migration of all payroll data
- Collaborating and working closely with People Services and wider finance team
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to key stakeholders
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Prior payroll/HRIS implementation experience – ideally for a payroll size of 200+
- Excellent knowledge of payroll compliance, EBA’s and awards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Immediate start required
- Please note you’ll be required to obtain a WWCC and police check as part of your onboarding
