The Opportunity

The Challenge
Reporting to the Team Lead, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Check that all trust regulations are met prior to processing of documents and payments
- Manage the controlled monies process
- Ensure unidentified funds received are identified and correctly allocated.
- Ensure month end trust reconciliations are completed.
- Attend to daily banking as required
- Ensure the accuracy of documents
- Process trust receipts, trust payments including PEXA settlements, trust to office transfers processing and trust journals.
- Follow up with lawyers handling matters in relation to trust funds.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Prior experience in an accounts position in a professional services firm
- Experience surrounding trusts will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external parties
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving processes
